This month’s Blackstone Boulevard Free 5k was a huge success! Over 300 participants came out to run, walk, or cheer on a beautiful evening in Providence. Our goal with the Blackstone Boulevard 5k Series is to create a positive community event that encourages people of all ages and abilities to get out and get moving. This month we were in support of the International Charter School (ICS), an independent, multi language elementary public school located in Pawtucket. ICS brought many enthusiastic students, ranging from kindergarten to fifth grade, to run the 5k with a “colorful” finish. A pre-run dynamic warm up was lead by the Fuel Up to Play 60 students from ICS, who did an incredible job getting their classmates ready to go.

We want to thank our partners, Performance Physical Therapy and Believe I Am, for providing support and great raffle prizes.  The next Free 5k will be on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 and will begin

at 6:30pm. We hope to see you there!
