Performance Physical Therapy Charity Golf Tournament

Performance Physical Therapy is proud to partner with New England Distance for our second annual golf tournament to benefit Woonsocket Middle School Cross Country. The 2nd Annual Charity Golf Tournament will be on Saturday, August 11, 2018, at Triggs Memorial Golf Course. The tournament will be followed by a pasta dinner buffet.
A prize will be going to the top team, but that’s not all! Other prizes and contests include:
Closest to the pin (must be on the green)
- Longest drive (must be on the fairway)
- Putting contest
- 50/50 raffle
- Silent auction
- Other raffle prizes!
Schedule of events:
12:30 PM: Registration begins. Warm up on Triggs’ putting green and hit a bucket of balls before your round. During registration, raffle tickets will be available to purchase for the silent auction and the putting contest 50/50 raffle. Enjoy Triggs’ clubhouse for any of your food and beverage needs.
1:15 PM: Players in carts for shotgun start and introduction of tournament.
1:30 PM – 6:30 PM: Enjoy a fine day of golf on one of the best courses to play in Rhode Island. Challange your skills and compete for longest drive and closest to the pin. Tournament format is best ball of foursome and team prizes will be awarded to the top three teams.
6:30 PM: 19th hole reception. Enjoy post-match buffet dinner, cocktails, and our raffles. Award ceremony and auctions will close during dinner. There will be pasta dinner following the tournament that all are welcome to attend. Non-golfers can purchase tickets to the dinner separately.
Rules/Format: Four-man scramble from the white tees. If there is a team of three, play four balls and rotate players each hole. Take the best shot between you and your team. Teams are able to move ball one club length from original spot (not closer to the hole or out of the rough). Mark the team score on your card.
**Sign up on or before Wednesday, July 11th, and register for $100 per golfer. After July 11th, the rate goes up to $110 per golfer and after Saturday, July 28th, the rate goes up to $120 per golfer.**
